Whether you’re a first time owner, hobbyist or a serious breeder, we strive to ensure owners and birds are suitably matched and properly informed on their care. Do you need a licence for a parrot?

There are very few parrots that require a licence. Most birds we sell are foreign species or, more common Australian species not requiring a license.

Do I need to bring in a carry cage to transport my bird home?

No, we will supply a cardboard box for transport. Most people believe that birds should travel in a wire cage. However, this is not the case. Birds can get startled in a wire cage, take off and bang their heads. A dark box is best, so they can relax.

Can I return my Bird if I decide I no longer want it?

Yes, if you change your mind and return the bird within 72 hours of your purchase, a 75% refund will be given. As long as the bird is in the same condition.

Can I order different items which are not stocked in your store?

In most cases, yes. We have accounts with many wholesalers, so different branded items are available on a pre-paid basis. Please ask in-store.

Do you deliver?

Yes, we have a company van that can deliver all sorts of bulky items. The delivery fee depends on your suburb and whether you need a second person to help carry the items. Please ask in-store. What form of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, EFTPOS, standard credit cards (No Diners or American Express) and also PayPal.

What do I do if I have a warranty issue with a product?

First of all we need a copy of the original receipt of purchase which is required by the product wholesaler. After checking whether the item is actually faulty we will replace the item with the same or an equivalent product in store on the day. This is a major benefit of buying from ‘real’ store rather than an online store.
